Seven tools that make sales teams more productive

The LUMITOS sales team optimizes customer contact with seven collaborative tools. From Salesforce for central work management to DealHub for individual offers and Microsoft Teams for video chats – these tools enable personalized and smooth customer care.

Telephony with Mirage, appointment scheduling with Calendly, sales videos with Loom, and the seamless integration of Salesforce and Outlook round off the toolbox’s contents.

1. Sales management with Salesforce

Salesforce is our central operating system for all employees. All processes and documents for every customer and every contact are always available to everyone at LUMITOS. Whether e-mails, offers, invoices, bookings, key performance indicators, customer transactions, or call notes.

A multitude of automation relieves us of many routine processes. Validation rules ensure high data quality.

2. Individual offer presentation with DealHub.io

With DealHub, we create an individual deal room for each customer as an interactive website directly from Salesforce. In the deal room, each customer has all other information, such as presentations, videos, and additional documents immediately at hand in addition to their offer.

The offer can be signed electronically by the customer and automatically processed at LUMITOS in Salesforce.

3. Effective and simple telephony for Salesforce with Mirage

Our salespeople need to be able to call telephone numbers directly from Salesforce at the click of a mouse. For incoming calls, Mirage ensures that the corresponding contact is automatically opened. All phone calls are automatically logged in Salesforce. We also record phone notes directly in the call.

Unsuccessful calls are logged automatically. We use key figures to see how telephone availability is developing.

4. Video chat with customers via Microsoft Teams

Our most important tool for “live” communication with customers and prospects is Microsoft Teams. We consistently use video transmission and screen sharing to present how the advertising options on our platforms work vividly. This makes it possible to conduct sales conversations in a very personal way.

5. Easy appointment scheduling with Calendly

With Calendly, we conveniently arrange appointments with customers and prospects online. This eliminates annoying e-mail ping-pong. Appointments are made bindingly in the shortest possible time and are always synchronized in real-time with the personal Outlook calendar.

6. Quickly and easily produced sales videos with Loom

Pictures say more than thousand words. Short videos are even more descriptive. That’s why our salespeople can easily record individual videos for customers from within the browser using Loom.

In this way, we explain clearly and individually how our customers benefit from the advertising measures on our portals and newsletters.

7. Salesforce Plugin for Microsoft Outlook

Salesforce and Outlook are directly connected in our company. We send all offers directly via Salesforce. For all other e-mails, the salespeople decide which system they use to send e-mails. Thanks to the Outlook plugin, all e-mails are available in both systems.

Via the plugin, incoming e-mails can be directly linked to companies, contacts, sales opportunities, customer transactions, etc., in Salesforce.
