To create your stand-alone mailing, we need the following information and materials
in the language(s) you have booked:
Subject and auto-preview for your stand-alone mailing – please make sure you use concise, eye-catching wording here
Company logo in RGB colours (at least 300 pixels high or wide)
Header graphic with a width of 600 px, a height of approx. 200 px is common practice
Introductory text with personalised salutation to pick up the reader directly and familiarise them with the content of the mailing
CTA with text and url to be linked
- Text, images and graphics for all products, webinars or other content of the stand-alone mailing→ Please provide images and graphics with a maximum width of 200 px
→ Alternatively, banner graphics with a width of 600 px are also possible
E-mail addresses of your employees to whom a specimen copy is to be sent
Please also provide us with your corporate colours for fonts and CTAs as hexacode
If possible an html or mock-up of your layout idea
